Premises
After only a few years from launching , the only style & image consultant in Romania, Image Matters, came to us for rebranding. The huge opportunity this brand enjoyed from the very beginning was that they actually created the category, being the first to offer such services on our market. Image Matters as a brand had a strong RTB (reason to belive) to rely on, through the high expertise, studies and experience of its founder. However, the problem was that their image was fading out due to the non differentiated visual identity and lack of brand consistence.
Objective
As Image Matters is offering colour analysis, clothing style advice, makeovers and even personal shopping, no approach could have been better than creating a colourful, fresh, juicy, dynamic visual identity. “Everything is adjustable to make you look better” or “Being beautiful doesn’t mean copying fahion trends but put the light on what suits you best.” the brand said. And this flexibility is also to be found in the logo design, based on friendly spots, growing in size, changing colours. The brand spirit was then transposed in the rest of the communication tools: website, corporate materials, print ad, POSM.
Results
The outcome is a colour explosion and a “wow” feeling you get even if you’re not so into fahion or styling advice. Feedback from the clients was more than positive and this we could measure by analysing their reaction and comments during style sessions, growing number of demands and comments on founder’s blog. Image Matters is now the most recognized and trusted source of style and image consultancy.
